Effective Date: January 1, 2026 • Last Revised: October 2026
By accessing or using any services provided by SolaraHost (“SolaraHost”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a subsidiary division of Solara Inc., you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our infrastructure.
Access to SolaraHost requires a valid user identity registered through Solara Account Master (auth.solara-inc.in). You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and two-factor authentication tokens. You must immediately notify our security team of any unauthorized use of your account.
SolaraHost servers and networks may only be used for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
Virtual private servers and game slots are governed by dedicated resource allocations. Attempts to bypass cgroups, kernel memory ceilings, or CPU affinity limits may result in automated instance suspension to protect cluster stability.
Services are billed on a recurring pre-paid basis according to the selected billing period. Renewal invoices are generated prior to the due date. Failure to remit payment before the expiration date may lead to automated service termination and deletion of instance disk contents.
SolaraHost provides multi-layer DDoS filtering through our SolaraShield scrubbing network. However, we cannot guarantee 100% mitigation against every possible attack vector at all times. On Virtual Private Servers (VPS), aggressive packet filtering can interfere with administrative management channels, VNC access, and control panel synchronization (such as database updates, password resets, and email synchronization required by administrators to assist customers); consequently, VPS instances operate under balanced mitigation heuristics. On Minecraft and Game Server instances, granular protection is strongly guaranteed when the customer selects Advanced DDoS Protection during provisioning. For complete details, consult our Anti-DDoS Scope & Architecture Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SolaraHost and Solara Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, network interruptions, or data loss. Users are strongly urged to maintain external independent backups.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the commercial laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
